Mr. Otha Williams, Sr. was born November 1, 1921 in Lewisville, Arkansas to the late Ezell and Roxa Williams. At an early age, he joined the Common Hill Baptist Church. Mr. Williams was a former employee of Belk Jones Depart- ment Store, where he retired. Mr. Williams was preceded in death by both parents and two sons, Mr. Sandy L. Williams and Mr. Clemmie Williams.
