I have fought a good fight, I have finished my course, I have kept the faith: Henceforth there is laid up for me a crown of righteousness, which the Lord, the righteous judge, shall give me at that day: and not to me only, but unto all them also that love his appearing. 2 Timothy 4:6 - 8 (KJV) --- Page 2 --- OBITUARY OF MINISTER ARTHUR RAY WILLIAMS Minister Arthur Ray Williams was born March 28, 1957 to Eula Williams Finnie and the late Otha Williams (Stepfather, Charles Finnie) in Texarkana, AR. He was the third child of eight boys. Mr. Williams graduated High School from Arkansas High Class of 1975 and began employment with North American Tank Car and was also a retired cook and caterer. He accepted Christ at an early age at Bright Star Baptist Church and later rededicated his life and became a dedicated faithful Man of God in the Church of God in Christ. In 2001 he united in Holy wedlock to Ms. Deborah Boyles. He was preceded in death by his father Otha Williams Sr and brothers Sandy and Clemmie.
