Williams - Officiating. Obituary Henry W. Brown II was born January 22, 1920, to the union of Henry Brown Sr. and Alzire (Bremond) Brown, in Pruden, Louisiana. Henry accepted Christ in his life at an early age at Boughty Chapel AME Church, in Covington, Louisiana. Henry met Camilla Butler on the campus of Southern University. They married on August 28, 1948, in Crowley, Louisiana, and then moved to Milwaukee, Wisconsin. After they moved, they became faithful members of St. Mark AME Church, until he was called home. From this union they had three children, Henry, Valencia, and Alzire. During World War II, he provided honest and faithful service to his country in the Army Air Corps, and was honorably discharged in 1945, with the rank of Corporal. After the war, Henry attended United States Trade School on the campus of Southern University in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. He studied Electrical Engineering at the Milwaukee School of Engineering (MSOE). For more than 30 years, he was employed at Allis Chalmers in West Allis, Wisconsin, until his retirement. Henry loved to read and became a self-made historian. He loved working with his hands and enjoyed renovating his rental properties. Henry was a compassionate landlord. He loved to travel, and spending time with his family. He was also an active member of United Auto Workers Union (AFL-CIO). Henry was preceded in death by his wife Camilla Butler Brown, also his parents, sisters Ernestine and Pauline, and brothers Eugene and Leo. Henry leaves to cherish his memory one son, Henry William Brown III, two daughters Valencia Faye Brown and Alzire Marie Brown, one sister Thelma Brown of Covington, Louisiana, and one brother Milton Brown of Milwaukee, Wisconsin, five grandchildren Henry W. Brown IV (Gayla) of Desoto, TX, Cedra P. Sims (Trumone) of San Antonio, TX, Jabari J. Brown of Berkeley CA, Troy W. Brown III of Houston, TX, Angela M.
